I hold an MBA and PhD in management and organization, along with an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering. My research interests mainly focus on the relationship between business and society; I have several publications and conference papers on corporate social innovation. I have also studied topics related to strategic management such as cooperative strategies and participative management processes.</div>
